Cut the mango from the core and peel it. Cut off 2 slices and put aside for garnishing. Cut the rest of the mango into small pieces and put it into the cup of the blender. Add yoghurt and sugar and mix.
Wash the lime and grate dry. Peel the peel with a peeler and set aside. Squeeze the lime juice. Season yoghurt shake with lime juice and pour into a glass. Pluck off lemon balm leaves, wash and cut into fine strips.
Put strips on the drink. Place the lime zest on the edge of the glass. Pass the mango slices with the drink.
