Ingredients

  • 50 g Arugula
  • 300 g Tomatoes
  • 4 Stem(s) Dill
  • 150 g Double cream cheese
  • 1 TABLESPOON grainy mustard
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 4 Bagel
  • 2 packs (125 g each) smoked trout fillets
  • 4 TSP Trout caviar

Directions

    Sort the arugula, wash and drain well. Wash and slice the tomatoes. Wash the dill, shake dry and cut finely. Mix cream cheese, mustard and dill, season with salt and pepper.

    Cut the bagel open, spread with cream cheese cream. Cover with tomatoes, rocket salad and trout fillets. Put 1 teaspoon caviar on each bagel, place the upper halves on top.
