  • 4 TABLESPOONS dried cherries
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Amaretto
  • 1 Vanilla pod
  • 1 (0,75 l) bottle of dry white wine
  • 75 g Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Honey

Directions

    Arrange the cherries in four glasses. Sprinkle each with 1 tbsp. amaretto. Cut the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the pulp. Boil up wine, sugar, pod and pulp, simmer for about 5 minutes. Sweeten punch with honey.
