Wash the fruit, dab dry, halve and stone. Cut the flesh into small pieces. Halve 1 lime, squeeze the juice from 1 half. Cut the remaining limes and half of the lime into slices.
Finely puree the fruit flesh and lime juice in a mixer.
Put 1 teaspoon of sugar and 1-2 tablespoons of juice into glasses and mix. Put lime slices and ice cubes into the glasses, fill up with cold mineral water. Serve with lime slices and ice cubes.
