  • 6 Stem/s Thyme
  • 2 Branch/s Rosemary
  • 350 g Soft Tomatoes
  • 4 Bay leaves
  • 1 TABLESPOON Peppercorns
  • 500 ml Olive oil

Directions

    Chop 6 stems of thyme and 2 sprigs of rosemary. Layer 350 g soft tomatoes, thyme, rosemary, 4 bay leaves and 1 tbsp. peppercorns in a jar. Pour about 500 ml olive oil on top, so that everything is covered. Store in a cool and dark place.
