Apple punch with cinnamon cream

Ingredients

  • 1 Apples
  • 1,5 l clear apple juice
  • 8 Cloves
  • 3 Cinnamon sticks
  • 1 TEASPOON Cinnamon
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 300 g lactose-free whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cinnamon sticks

Directions

    Apple wash, quarter, core and very finely dice. Heat apple juice with cloves, cinnamon sticks and apple cubes

    Mix cinnamon and sugar, 1 tsp. aside for sprinkling. Whip the cream until stiff, pour in the rest of the cinnamon sugar. Pour the punch into 6 glasses. Add cream and sprinkle with remaining cinnamon sugar. Serve decorated with cinnamon sticks if desired
