Clean, wash, drain and cut the salad into strips. Peel and chop the onion. Clean, wash, quarter and seed the tomato. Finely dice the flesh
Cut the bacon into thin strips. In a frying pan, leave to crisp, remove. Add oil to the frying fat and sauté the onion in it. Deglaze with vinegar and 3-4 tbsp. water, bring to the boil. Season with pepper, sugar and possibly salt
Halve the avocado, remove the stone and peel the avocado. Cut the flesh into small pieces and immediately sprinkle with lemon juice
Arrange lettuce strips, tomato cubes and avocado pieces and sprinkle with the marinade. Finally sprinkle the bacon over it
