Cut baguette into eight slices. Spread four slices with 20 grams of remoulade. Wash the lettuce leaves and place on top. Wash cucumber, cut into very small cubes, dice ham as well.
Cucumber and ham cubes on the salad distribute. Sprinkle another blob of tartar sauce on each. Spread the remaining baguette slices with cream cheese. Clean and wash the radishes and cut them into fine sticks.
Cut off the cress briefly. Spread both on the cheese. Serve garnished with radishes and cress.
