Halve 1 orange and squeeze the juice. Mix juice, oil and tomato-orange dressing and let it soak through. Peel the remaining orange so that the white skin is completely removed.
Using a knife, remove the orange fillets from the parting skins and place them in the vinaigrette. Clean and wash the celery and peppers and cut into bite-sized pieces. Cut cheese into cubes and ham into strips.
Peel and slice the bananas. Carefully mix all ingredients and arrange on a plate.
