Cut the meat into small cubes. Peel and chop the onions. Heat oil in a pot. Fry the beef for about 5 minutes, season with salt and pepper. Add onions and tomato paste.
Deglaze with 1/2 litre of water, bring to the boil and braise for approx. 45 minutes. Clean and wash the zucchini, cut in half lengthwise and cut into pieces. Drain the corn. 15 minutes before the end of the cooking time, add the zucchini, corn and some dried marjoram to the meat.
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Wash and clean the tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes. Arrange noodles and beef ragout on plates and garnish with marjoram.
