  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 TEASPOON Oil
  • 60 g Beefsteak minced meat
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 275 g deep-frozen "French vegetables" (shaken)
  • some stem(s) Thyme and marjoram

Directions

    Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Fry in hot oil. Add minced meat and fry well. Season with salt and pepper. Add vegetables without defrosting, pour on 50 ml water.

    Bring to the boil, cover and stew for 3-5 minutes. Season to taste again. Wash herbs, dab dry and remove leaves. Sprinkle over the pan dish.
