Roast oat flakes in a pan without fat briefly, take out. Clean and wash the radishes, dab dry and cut into slices. Clean spring onion, wash 15, dab dry and cut diagonally into fine rings.
Mix oat and oat bran flakes, radish slices, onion rings and soured milk in a small bowl. Sprinkle with cheese and chives. Garnish with radishes.
