Cook Maultaschen in boiling salt water for 10-12 minutes. Peel and chop onion. Wash, quarter and core apples. Cut into wedges or cubes. Heat oil in a pan. Fry onion, ham and apples in it for about 5 minutes.
Deglaze with vinegar, bring to the boil briefly. Season with salt, pepper and 1 pinch of sugar.
Lift out the Maultaschen and let them cool down briefly. Cut into strips and fold into the warm ham marinade. Leave to stand for a short time. Clean, wash and cut the salad into strips and mix into the Maultaschen salad.
