Braised tomatoes with spinach

Ingredients

  • 300 g Spinach
  • 1 (40 g) Onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 100 g Tomatoes
  • 1 TEASPOON Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 washer (25 g) Baguette bread

Directions

    Clean the spinach and wash it thoroughly. Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Wash, clean and slice the tomatoes. Heat oil in a pan. Braise the tomatoes in it.

    Add the onion, garlic and spinach and let them collapse for about 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange in a bowl. Add bread
