Cook the bean seeds in boiling salted water for about 20 minutes. Drain, let cool and press out of the skin. Fry breakfast bacon in a large pan without additional fat until crispy. Drain on kitchen paper.
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Sauté the onions in it until they are glassy. Sprinkle with sugar and caramelise. Add tomato cubes, season with salt and pepper, cover and braise for about 20 minutes. Add bean seeds and heat up.
Season to taste with Worcester sauce, salt and pepper. Serve with crispy bacon. Goes well with steaks, for example.
