Grate cheese. Spread crème fraiche on wheat tortillas. Sprinkle 4 flat cakes with cheese, leaving an approx. 1 cm wide rim all around. Place the remaining tortillas on top and press them on.
If necessary, place the cheese cake on 1 piece of aluminium foil and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side. Cut into 6-8 pieces. Serve with guacamole.
