Ingredients

  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 1 jar(s) (314 ml; draw-off weight: 175 g) Mandarin Oranges
  • 300 g Soft cheese with white mould and green pepper
  • 1 Head oak leaf salad
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Fruit vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 TEASPOON Java peppercorn
  • 1 TEASPOON Sugar
  • 4 TABLESPOONS freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil

Directions

    Clean and wash spring onions and cut them into thin rings. Drain the mandarins. Cut cheese into pieces. Clean, wash and pluck salad into bite-sized pieces.

    Mix onions, mandarins, cheese and salad and arrange on plates. For the marinade mix vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar. Add orange juice and oil. Marinate salad with it
