Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 300 g Mountain cheese
  • 1 glass (370 ml) Cornichons
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 2 Pears (approx. 250 g each)
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Fruit vinegar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sunflower oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 TEASPOONS Honey

Directions

    Coarsely grate the cheese. Drain cucumbers and cut into slices. Peel and finely dice onion. Wash chives, shake dry and cut into small rolls. Wash and quarter pears, remove core and dice flesh

    Marinate prepared ingredients with vinegar and oil. Season with salt, pepper and honey
