  • 1 1/2 collar Dill
  • 250 g Fresh cream
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Honey
  • 4 TSP sweet mustard
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Wash the dill, shake dry, pluck flags from the stalks and cut finely, except for a little to garnish. Mix crème fraîche, honey, dill and mustard. Season to taste with salt and pepper
