  • 75 g Goat cheese
  • 75 g spicy hard cheese
  • 150 g Roquefort cheese
  • 150 ml White wine
  • 1 TABLESPOON Cognac
  • 2 tablespoons (50 g) double cream
  • 250 g Mountain cheese (ComtĂ©)
  • 300 g Soft cheese
  • 200 g france. Ham
  • 1 (approx. 250 g) france. Salami
  • 4-5 Baguettes

Directions

    For the cheese cream grate cheese or crush it finely. Mix with wine and cognac, season. Stir in double cream. Serve with cheese, ham, sausage and baguettes.
