Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 300 g Nettle Gouda cheese
  • 250 g Emmental cheese
  • 250 g Poultry meat sausage
  • 150 g Spring onions
  • 100 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil

Directions

    Cut cheese into cubes of approx. 1 cm, sausage into thin slices. Clean and wash spring onions and lamb's lettuce. Cut spring onions into small pieces. For the marinade, mix vinegar with salt, pepper and sugar.

    Add oil. Mix marinade and all prepared salad ingredients. Season if necessary and serve with fresh bread, butter and beer.
