Peel the skin from the sausage, cut the sausage into slices. Wash meat, dab dry and cut into pieces. Wash potatoes thoroughly, scrub (or peel) and cut into smaller pieces.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large frying pan. Sauté the meat in it vigorously while turning. Season with salt and pepper. Fry the chorizo briefly. Remove everything. Heat 2 tbsp. oil in the frying fat. Fry the potatoes over medium heat for about 15 minutes, turning frequently.
Season with salt and pepper.
Meanwhile peel the onion and garlic. Cut the onion into fine slices and finely dice the garlic. Wash oregano, shake dry and chop finely. Add meat, sausage, onion and garlic to the pan and continue frying for about 5 minutes.
Add oregano, orange peel and juice. Season again and serve.
