Wash chicken legs, dab dry, rub with salt and pepper. Place on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven (electric range: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 40-45 minutes. About 15 minutes before the end of the baking time, brush the legs with chilli sauce. Take them out of the oven and arrange them on a plate garnished with parsley
