Wash the limes hot. Grate the zest of 2 limes, squeeze these limes. Halve the remaining limes and cut into slices. Peel garlic, wash parsley and chop both finely. Rinse fillets, dab dry and chop coarsely. Mix with lime juice, garlic and chili flakes.
Heat the oil in a pan. Brown the chicken in it in portions. Season with salt and pepper. Mix with lime zest and parsley. Take out. Fry the lime slices in the frying fat for about 1 minute on each side. Put chicken and lime slices alternately on skewers.
