Peel and quarter the pineapple and remove the hard stalk. Cut the pineapple crosswise into about 20 slices. Fry in a hot grill pan in portions on each side for about 2 minutes.
Halve the bacon slices and fry them in a second pan until crispy in portions. Drain on kitchen paper.
Fix 1 pineapple slice and 1 bacon slice each with skewers. Spread the bacon with sweet chilli sauce.
