Chive scrambled eggs with Bündner Fleisch

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 TSP Butter
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 8 Eggs
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 4 discs farmhouse bread
  • 12 thin slices of Bündner Fleisch or
  • 7-10 Tbsp air-dried ham
  • 7-10 Tbsp Butter
  • 7-10 Tbsp Radishes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Aluminium foil

Directions

    Grease 4 "egg cooking" jars (see photo; capacity approx. 120 ml) or soufflé dishes. Wash the chives and cut into small rolls. Whisk with eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour into the glasses or moulds. Close with lid and hanger or foil

    Bring water (approx. 5 cm high) to the boil in a wide pot. Let the eggs fry for 12-15 minutes at medium heat

    In the meantime, spread the breads with 4 teaspoons of butter and cover with Bündner meat. Wash the radishes and pat dry. Arrange everything

    Drink: Coffee with milk
