Fill almond drink, cocoa, 1 pinch of salt, maple syrup and chia seeds into a screw glass and shake vigorously. Leave to swell in the refrigerator for approx. 12 hours. Shake well for the first hour.
Wash the figs and cut into slices. Coarsely chop the walnuts. Divide chia pudding into four glasses. Spread figs and walnuts on top. Sprinkle with cocoa nibs.
