500 g Cream quark (40 %)
5 TABLESPOONS Milk
1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
2 TABLESPOONS Bourbon vanilla sugar
2 TABLESPOONS clear peppermint liqueur
7-10 Tbsp Peppermint to decorate

Roughly chop the mint tablets, except for a few for decoration. Mix quark, milk, lemon juice, vanilla sugar and liqueur. Fold in the chocolates. Pour dessert into four dessert bowls. Decorate with halved bars and mint leaves
