Peel and finely chop the onion. Heat the oil in a pot and sauté the onion in it. Deglaze with broth and bring to the boil. Add the noodles and cook for about 9 minutes. Clean and wash the broccoli and divide into small florets.
Cook in boiling salted water for 5-6 minutes. Drain, drain and add to the broth shortly before the end of the cooking time. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Wash parsley, dab dry, pluck leaves from the stalks and chop finely. Sprinkle over the stock and serve on plates
