Coloured endive salad

Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 small head endive salad
  • 2 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 2 small onions
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 3-4 Tbsp Oil

Directions

    Boil eggs hard in 10 minutes, quench and peel. Clean and wash the salad and pluck into bite-sized pieces. Wash and clean the tomatoes. Cut tomatoes and eggs into slices. Peel and finely dice onions.

    Mix vinegar, salt and pepper and beat the oil into it. Add the onions. Arrange prepared salad ingredients on portion plates. Pour the marinade on top. Baguette tastes good with it.
