Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into cubes. Peel and chop the onion. Heat the oil in a large pan. Fry the meat in it all around for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and remove.
Dust with flour and sweat briefly. 3⁄8 l Stir in water and stock. Bring to the boil and simmer for 3-4 minutes while stirring. Add the frozen peas and cook. Stir in cream cheese.
Meanwhile cook the noodles in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Wash and dice the tomatoes. Wash basil and cut into strips. Fold diced turkey, tomatoes and basil into the sauce.
Drain the noodles and mix everything.
