Egg ragout with tomato sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 500 g Broccoli
  • 8 Eggs
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 4 Bockwursts (à approx. 100 g)
  • 2 packs Delicious tomato sauce

Directions

    Clean and wash broccoli and cut into florets. Boil eggs for about 8 minutes, rinse and peel. Quarter the eggs. Cook broccoli in boiling salted water for about 4 minutes and drain.

    Wash the chives, dab dry and cut into small rolls. Cut the sausage into slices. Stir sauce powder into 1/2 litre of boiling water and let it boil for about 1 minute. Add sausage, broccoli and eggs to the sauce and bring to the boil briefly.

    Arrange the ragout in a bowl and serve sprinkled with chives.
