Ingredients

  • 250 g Schleifnudeln
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 150 g frozen peas
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) Vegetable corn
  • 1 washer (175 g) cooked ham
  • 120 g Yoghurt salad cream (25 % fat)
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Whole milk yoghurt
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 4 Stem(s) Parsley

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile cook peas in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes. Drain the corn in a sieve. Cut ham into cubes. Drain the peas, quench and drain. Mix salad cream, yoghurt and lemon juice.

    Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Pluck parsley leaves from the stalks, wash and dab dry. Drain the pasta, rinse and drain. Mix noodles, peas, corn, ham and parsley leaves. Stir in salad dressing and arrange in a bowl
