Preparation. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Cut ham into fine strips. Heat the fat in a saucepan. Sauté onion, garlic and ham in it. Dust with flour.
Deglaze with broth while stirring, add peas and bring to the boil. Stir in cheese. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour the pasta on a sieve and let it drain. Arrange noodles and sauce on plates. Sprinkle with herbs
