Farmer salad with feta cheese

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 150-200 g Feta cheese
  • 1 small clove of garlic
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Oil (e.g. olive oil)
  • 1 TEASPOON dried. Oregano
  • 4 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1 Onion (e.g. red)
  • 2-3 stem(s) Parsley
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, sugar
  • 8-10 black olives
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon wedges for
  • 7-10 Tbsp Garnish

Directions

    Dice the cheese. Peel garlic and chop finely. Mix 1-2 tablespoons of oil, oregano and garlic. Sprinkle cheese with it and let it steep a little

    Clean and wash the vegetables. Cut tomatoes into slices, peppers into rings and cucumber into pieces. Peel onion and cut into rings

    Wash the parsley, shake dry and pluck the leaves. Mix lemon juice, salt, pepper and some sugar. Fold in 1 tablespoon of oil

    Mix vegetables, onion, olives and marinade. Arrange cheese with garlic oil on top. Garnish with parsley leaves and possibly lemon. Flatbread tastes good with it

    It is quicker if you take ready-made, pickled Feta cheese (glass)
