Peel onions and cut them into rings. Clean, wash and chop the peppers. Heat oil in a casserole. Fry the gyros, onions and peppers in it. Season strongly with salt, pepper and paprika.
Pour tomatoes together with juice and 400 ml water. Bring to the boil, crush the tomatoes slightly. Simmer covered for 8-10 minutes.
Wash the chives and cut into fine rolls. Arrange stew with sour cream and chives. Serve with bread.
