Ingredients

  • 6 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 400 g Cream cheese (54 % fat in dry matter)
  • 250 g Feta cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp dried thyme
  • 7-10 Tbsp dried rosemary
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp black olives and rosemary

Directions

    Puree the milk, cream cheese and feta with a hand blender. Season with salt, pepper, thyme and rosemary. Stir in the oil. Arrange cheese dip in a bowl and garnish with olives and rosemary
