Peel and finely chop the garlic. Mix with ketchup, soy sauce and sambal oelek. Stir in oil. Wash the steaks and belly slices, dab dry and brush with the marinade.
Grill the meat on the hot grill for 5-8 minutes on each side until crispy brown. Warm up flat bread if necessary and cut into cake pieces. Cut in from the top.
