Cut dates into small pieces. Knead marzipan with almonds and dates. Wash apples, grate dry and cut in half. Remove the core with a ball cutter.
Pour marzipan mixture in portions on the apples and place in an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle sugar over it and put butter in flakes on top. Pour on apple juice. Braise in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 25 minutes
Whip cream until stiff, fold in liqueur. Serve apples with the Baileys cream and dust with icing sugar. Vanilla ice cream tastes good with it
