Wash the fish, dab dry and cut into cubes. Sprinkle with lemon juice and season with salt. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into strips. Peel and dice onions. Heat oil in a pot and fry the vegetables in it.
Deglaze with broth and cook for about 5 minutes. Add fish cubes and cook for about 8 minutes. Heat the crab meat in the soup. Refine with cream and season with salt and pepper. Wash and chop parsley and stir into the soup.
