Apple wash, quarter, core and cut into cubes. Peel and slice bananas. Put fruit in a bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice. Peel papaya, remove seeds with a spoon. Cut the fruit flesh into eighths and cut into slices.
Peel and quarter the pineapple and cut out the woody stalk. Cut the pineapple into pieces. Peel and chop the persimmon. Chop the pistachio kernels in a mortar
Mix apple, bananas, papaya, pineapple and persimmon in a bowl. Divide into 4 bowls. Pour 1 teaspoon of maple syrup over each bowl and sprinkle with pistachio nuts
