Whole grain toast with banana, cottage cheese and almonds

  • 2 Bananas
  • 30 g flaked almonds
  • 3 TABLESPOONS liquid honey
  • 1 (200 g) Cup of granular cream cheese
  • 8 discs Whole grain toast
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cress

Directions

    Peel the bananas and cut them into pieces. Heat up a pan, add bananas, almonds and 2 tablespoons of honey, caramelize. Mix cream cheese and 1 tablespoon honey. Toast slices of toast, spread with cream cheese and place banana slices on top.

    Sprinkle with cress.
