Bring the soy drink, oat flakes and vanillin sugar to the boil while stirring and simmer at medium heat for about 5 minutes until a thick paste is formed.
Halve the pomegranate and remove the seeds. Peel the bananas, cut them into thin slices and stir into the oatmeal. Fill the porridge into bowls, sprinkle with pomegranate seeds and 1/2 tsp. linseed each.
