Grate parmesan. Wash the thyme, dab dry and remove the leaves. Wash parsley, dab dry, remove leaves and chop finely. Mix parmesan, herbs and hazelnuts. Wash fish and dab dry. Sprinkle with lemon juice, season with salt
Heat the oil in a small, coated pan. Fry the fish fillets for about 3 minutes, turning them over. Take them out and put them in an ovenproof dish. Spread the herb-parmesan-nut mixture over the fish fillets and bake in the preheated oven (electric range: 225 °C/ convection oven: 200 °C/ gas: level 4) on the top rack for approx. 5 minutes. Add lemon wedges if necessary
