Peel onions and cut them into fine rings. Cut gherkins into fine slices. Wash and clean the salad and shake dry. Heat oil in a large pan and prepare fish fingers in it according to the instructions on the packet.
Wash apple, dab dry, quarter and remove core. Cut quarter into slices. Cut open bread roll. Spread remoulade on both halves. Cover roll with salad, fish fingers, onion rings, apple slices and cucumber slices.
