Line two baking trays with baking paper. Preheat oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: see manufacturer). Cream butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and 1 pinch of salt with the whisks of the mixer.
Stir in the eggs one by one. Add milk. Mix flour, pudding powder and baking powder and stir in. Coarsely crumble 60 g grain rings and fold into the dough. Pour the dough into a piping bag with a large perforated spout.
Spray 12 tuffs (each approx. 7 cm Ø) onto the sheets. Sprinkle 30 g grain rings onto the tuffs and press lightly.
Bake the trays one after the other in a hot oven for about 10 minutes each, take them out and let them cool down.
Mix icing sugar and lemon juice to a thick icing. Spread each on the flat side of the Americans. Sprinkle with the rest of the grain rings. Let the icing dry.
