Wash chicken legs, pat dry and place on a fat pan of the oven. Brush the legs with oil and sprinkle with salt. Roast in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 45 minutes. Mix apricot jam and chilli sauce. After 20-25 minutes, spread the mixture thickly on the legs (possibly several times in between) and finish roasting.
