  • 1 kg Low-fat curd
  • 2 packages Vanillin sugar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice and grated peel of 1/2 untreated orange
  • 80 g crunchy nuts
  • 7-10 Tbsp Orange zests of 1 untreated orange

Directions

    Mix quark, vanillin sugar, sugar, milk, orange juice and zest. Carefully fold in Crunchy Nuts (except 1 tablespoon). Crumble the remaining Crunchy Nuts. Pour cream into glasses and decorate with crunchy crumbs, orange zest and mint
