Gouda bites with olive cream

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 50 g paprika-filled olives
  • 100 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 2 somewhat thicker slices of medieval Gouda cheese (approx. 50 g each)
  • 8 Cracker
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint

Directions

    Cut out 2 medium slices from each of 4 olives. Finely chop the remaining olives. Mix with cream cheese. Spread on 1 1/2 Gouda slices.

    Cut out flowers or similar as desired. Cut out very small flowers again from uncoated Gouda. Cover each cracker with a large, coated and small flower and 1 olive slice. Serve garnished with mint
