Peel 2 grapefruits thickly, removing the white skin with them. Cut the fruits into slices and possibly halve them. Clean, wash and cut the salad into strips. Cut cheese into small pieces
Roast the pine nuts in a pan until golden brown. Take them out and let them cool down. Arrange prepared ingredients with salami and olives on a plate
For the marinade, squeeze 1 grapefruit and lime or lemon. Peel onion and garlic and chop finely. Mix onion and garlic, lime and grapefruit juice. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Fold in the oil
Spread the marinade over the salad and let it stand for a while. Garnish with slices of lime if necessary
